3. Subscription Plans and Fees

3.1. Plan Types: We offer several subscription plans, including Basic Plan – Bronze, Basic Plan – Gold, Premium Plan – Diamond, Premium Plan – Platinum, and Premium Plan – Executive/VIP.

3.2. Payment Terms: All payments for subscription plans are due in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3.3. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.

3.4. No Guarantee of Match: All subscription fees are payments for the use of our matchmaking platform and by no means guarantee a match with a member of your dreams.

4. Services

4.1. Singles Matchmaking Service: Our matchmaking service aims to help you find your perfect match through our tailored plans and advanced matchmaking software.

4.2. Singles Discussion Forum: Engage with other singles in our discussion forums, share experiences, and get advice.

4.3. Singles Relationship Counselling: Access private and public counselling sessions to help navigate your relationship journey.

4.4. Singles Group Fun Events: Participate in fun events designed to foster connections and create lasting memories.

5. User Conduct

5.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the Services for any commercial purpose without our express consent.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.

5.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post or upload to the Services. By posting or uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Justified Connect, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, directors, and employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Termination

9.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Services.

9.2. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms or if we believe that your actions may cause harm to us or other users of the Services.

9.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to the Services and any content you posted will be deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute related to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Justified Connect is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the venue for any such arbitration will be in the jurisdiction where Justified Connect is headquartered.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Justified Connect regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Justified Connect.

12.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

12.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Justified Connect’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

13. Specific Provisions from Provided Document

13.1. Use of Communication Services: Our Services may include bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group. You agree to use these communication services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular communication service.

13.2. Prohibited Actions in Communication Services:

• Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, or otherwise violating the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publishing, posting, uploading, distributing, or disseminating any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
• Uploading files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
• Uploading files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.
• Advertising or offering to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such communication service specifically allows such messages.
• Conducting or forwarding surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Downloading any file posted by another user of a communication service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Falsifying or deleting any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restricting or inhibiting any other user from using and enjoying the communication services.
• Violating any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable with the use of any particular communication service.
• Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

13.3. Monitoring and Removal: Justified Connect reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the communication services. We also reserve the right to review materials posted to a communication service and to remove any materials in our sole discretion.

13.4. Liability Disclaimer: The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Justified Connect website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Justified Connect and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Justified Connect website at any time. Advice received via the Justified Connect website should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions, and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation. Justified Connect and/or its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the Justified Connect website for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind.

13.5. Termination/Access Restriction: Justified Connect reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Justified Connect website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

13.6. Uploading of Singles Matchmaking Profile Pictures: All subscribers of the Justified Connect Singles Matchmaking Service agree to our terms for such upload as follows:

• Personal photos and videos that represent yourself only.
• Personal photos and videos that do not include anyone else but yourself.
• Clear and relatable personal photos and videos.
• Minimum of 2 photos and maximum of 10 not including personal videos.
• First personal photo should be close-up shots that may not have so much space around you.
• Personal photos MUST include a minimum of 1 portrait photo showing your face up to your chest level and 1 photo showing your full body.
• Avoid as much as possible flay gown that may hide your body shape.
• Avoid too much facial make-up and sunshades that may hide your eyes.
• Recommended glasses are allowed.
• Avoid excessive show of wealth and affluence like photos holding money, sitting on flashy cars, and expensive alcohol brands.
• Photos that do not represent you like images of birds, cards, buildings, etc., shall be taken as a massive violation of your right to use, and your account shall ultimately be deactivated after a minimum of two warnings.
• Failure to observe and follow these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your singles matchmaking account.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Justified Connect regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Justified Connect.
